Clip-in Human Hair Fit Guide
Fitting based on 220 gram weight, 8 piece clip-in extension set. The 2 small 'color sample', test pieces are not shown in this fit guide.
#1 Part your hair at the nape of your neck and clip it up. Using a 6" weft, brush the hair weft and open the snap clips. Place the weft along the part line close to scalp. Comb the snap clips into your hair and snap the clips closed. Once the weft is clipped in place, release your natural hair.
#2 Part your hair again, a 1/2 inch or so above the first weft, and clip it up. Brush your human hair extension weft and open the snap clips. Place a second 6" sized weft on the part line, and clip into your hair. Once the weft is clipped in place, release your natural hair.
#3 Part your hair again, a 1/2 inch or so higher and clip up. Take the largest weft and brush through the extension hair. Clip into your natural hair at the root line. Once the weft is clipped in place, release your natural hair.
#4 Part your hair again, a 1/2 inch or so higher and clip up. Take the second large weft and brush through the extension hair. Clip into your natural hair at the root line. Once the weft is clipped in place, release your natural hair.
#5 Part your hair again, on the sides of your head, above the ear. Clip up your hair. Take a 4" weft and brush through the remy hair. Clip into your natural hair at the root line. Repeat on the other side with your last 4" weft. Once the wefts are clipped in place, release your natural hair.
Congratulations! You have just installed your new Remy Clips custom made clip-in extensions.
The two smallest weft pieces can be worn to fill in the front/sides of your hair, or stored to use for color testing if you choose to color the extension.
In our tutorial, notice the order and placement of the wefts. You do not have to use all of the wefts. You have the freedom to use as many pieces as you want to create a variety of hair styles.
Experiment with the placement of your Remy Clips wefts to find a combination that works best for you.
