Returns and Exchanges

REMY CLIPS would like to ensure that all of our valued customers experience a trouble free transaction. We ask that you please read the following policy so that your transaction is quick and easy. 

 

 

All sales are final on hair extension sets that have been removed from the sealed, sanitary bag you received them in. No exceptions. You are free to remove the "COLOR  SAMPLES" from the open bag to inspect them, and make sure the color works for you, BEFORE you open the main extension set.

 

 

 

Exchanges

 

There are no fees for exchanges. We will gladly exchange any unopened, unaltered extensions and COLOR CHECK piece(s) you received with your order, within 7 days of the delivery date for another extension set of your choice. You will be responsible for any money difference on a new extension set, if applicable, which will be billed to you before the exchange set is shipped to you.

 

Please follow these easy exchange steps:

 

  • A copy of your sales receipt must be sent and included in your return to be eligible for an exchange.

  • You must contact us for a RA#, (Return Authorization Number), that will be issued within 24 hours on all valid exchanges. Please write the RA#, on your receipt, stating that you are doing an exchange and what you are exchanging for. Returns without a RA# will be sent back.

  • Return all the contents of your order that was sent to you in new, unused, unaltered and undamaged condition. (Main extension set in sealed bag, color check piece(s), brochure, storage bag, and any other items like snap clips for Halo Hair sets if applicable).

  • Items must be received by REMY CLIPS within 7 days from the time your RA# (Return Authorization Number) is issued. After 7 days, the assigned authorization number is void and the extension hair is not returnable.

 

You will be responsible for all shipping costs to send back your order. We recommend shipping your extensions back with insurance, a tracking number, and keeping your shipping receipts until your exchange is processed. 

 

All extensions must be returned in new, unaltered condition. REMY CLIPS is not  responsible for missing, damaged, lost or returned packages. Any damaged, used, or altered extensions will be returned back to you and are not eligible for return or exchange.

 

 

 

Returns With Refund

 

We will gladly accept returns on any unopened, unaltered hair and COLOR CHECK piece(s) you received with your order. Please return the entire contents of your package in NEW, UNUSED, UNALTERED, UNDAMAGED condition, or your return will not be honored.

 

Please follow these easy return steps:

 

  • Include a copy of your sales receipt in your return to be eligible for a refund.

  • You must contact us for a RA#, (Return Authorization Number), that will be issued within 24 hours on all valid exchanges. Please write the RA#, on your receipt, stating that you request a refund. Returns without a RA# will be sent back.

  • Return all the contents of your order that was sent to you in new, unused, unaltered and undamaged condition. (Main extension set in sealed bag, color check piece(s), brochure, storage bag, and any other items like snap clips for Halo Hair sets if applicable).

There are no fees to return your order, however, you will be responsible for all shipping costs to send back your order. In addition, your original shipping cost WILL NOT BE REFUNDED. This fee was paid to our shipping provider to send your extensions to you. This service has been paid for, and service has been provided, it is not refundable.

 

We recommend shipping your extensions back with insurance, a tracking number, and keeping your shipping receipts until your return is processed. 

 

All extensions must be returned in new, unopened, unaltered condition. REMY CLIPS is not  responsible for missing, damaged, lost or returned packages. There are no returns after 30 days. Any damaged, used, or altered extensions will be returned back to you and are not eligible for return or exchange.

 

Your refund will be processed within 8 hours, once your return has been received by REMY CLIPS.

 

 

 

Cancellations

 

There are no fees to cancel you order, HOWEVER, you need to cancel your order within 8 hours of placing it. All processed orders are immediately pulled, from inventory and sent to in our shipping department. It is then shipped within the next 2 to 6 hours, sometimes sooner. Orders that have already shipped to you can not be cancelled. You will have to return your order once you receive it. Please follow the directions for "Returns With Refund" above.

 

Refunds for cancellations are processed within 8 hours of canceling.
