Your order will be shipped within 48 hours, Monday through Friday. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be shipped within 72 hours. 

Out-of-stock orders will be shipped within 2 to 3 weeks once the extensions are made and shipped to our store.

All orders are subject to verification at any time.

The daily shipping cutoff for all orders is 1:00 P.M. EST, Monday through Saturday.

We reserve the right to choose the shipping carrier. Shipping carriers' delivery schedules and times vary; we will choose the fastest carrier for your order.

• 2 Business Day Express: $59.00 per order

• 3 Business Day Express: $ 40.00 per order

• 3 to 5 Business Day Priority: $ 20.00 per order

• 5 to 10 Business Day Standard Ground Delivery: FREE - USA ONLY 

 

An email notification with a tracking number will be sent to you when your order ships. It is your responsibility to arrange for the receipt of your package. Please allow up to 5 to 7 business days for our domestic ground shipment of your order in the Continental USA, up to 10 to 15 days for International delivery to Puerto Rico, Guam, US Virgin Islands, American Samoa, and Northern Mariana Islands. Overnight and 2 day Express delivery is available in the USA only. 



Due to the high dollar amount of your order and for your protection, all packages shipped within the continental United States are delivered with signature confirmation.******

 

* (Remy Clips reserves the right to choose the best shipping provider when your order is ready to ship. FedEx guarantees Overnight, 2-day, Express, and Ground deliveries on Saturdays; USPS does not. FedEx is open on many government holidays that USPS is not. USPS delivers to P.O. boxes, FedEx does not.

• USPS International Priority: $95.00 (10 to 14 business days)

• Customs duty tax may apply.

• Due to the customs process, we can not guarantee a delivery date.

• International customers (outside the United States) will be solely responsible for all import duties, customs, and local taxes and fees charged by their respective countries. Remy Clips is not responsible for any delays or holds caused by your country's customs process. All packages will be sent as merchandise. Remy Clips Hair Extensions is not responsible for any duties or taxes associated with all international orders. Remy Clips Hair Extensions ships your package DDU: duties and taxes unpaid, and we do not collect the VAT, duties, and/or taxes, and cannot predict what your specific charges may be subject to. Any additional charges incurred must be rendered in order for your package to clear customs. Please contact your local customs office for more information regarding your country’s specific custom policies and procedures.

LOST or STOLEN PACKAGES:

 

INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS DISCLAIMER:

It is the responsibility of (you) the buyer, to make sure that you enter the shipping address correctly. If you make an error, please contact us IMMEDIATELY at info@remyclips.com. If your order has already shipped, and we are no longer able to change the address, you the buyer, will be responsible if your package is not delivered to you or lost. ​In the event that your package is returned to Remy Clips because we have been furnished with an incorrect address, we are happy to ship it to the correct address. There will be a charge for the second shipping. This shipping charge must be paid in full before your package is shipped out again.
